Shipments and Returns

Your pack shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within the next business day provided that your order's product(s) is/are in stock. If a product is out of stock, please allow us from 2 to 5 business days.

Reasons for delivery delay of a product:

  Due to unforeseen delays with customs or the freight forwarder. 

  Discontinuation (end of life) of a product without warning from the supplier.

  Due to very bad weather conditions or strikes, whereby these affect transport  and delivery.

In any of these cases we will contact you directly, either by phone or email giving you the choice to either wait for the product (if available) or to cancel your order. In case of a pre-paid order customer will be refunded.

Delivery costs:

1. For Cyprus by ACS Courier (door to door).

2. For Greece by EMS Data Post (door to door 2-3 working days).

  For packages up to: 
  a) 0.5kg the delivery will cost €18 
  b) 1kg the delivery will cost €24

  c) 2kg the delivery will cost €32
  d) 5kg the delivery will cost €48
  e) 10kg the delivery will cost €75
  f) 15kg the delivery will cost €100
  g)  20kg the delivery will cost €125

3. For all European countries by EMS Data Post (door to door 2-5 working days).

  For packages up to:

  a) 0.5kg the delivery will cost €18  
  b) 1kg the delivery will cost €24 
  c) 2kg the delivery will cost €32
  d) 5kg the delivery will cost €48
  e) 10kg the delivery will cost €78
  f) 15kg the delivery will cost €104
  g)  20kg the delivery will cost €130

4. For all other countries, by EMS Data Post (door to door 3-6 working days).

  c) 2kg the delivery will cost €36
  d) 5kg the delivery will cost €54
  e) 10kg the delivery will cost €100
  f) 15kg the delivery will cost €148
  g)  20kg the delivery will cost €190

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

19% VAT is included on all above shipping costs.

Return of goods. 

The customer has the right to return a product purchased and ask for a replacement if and only when S.T. DigiWay Trading has proven that:

The wrong product from the one ordered has been delivered.

Malfunction or destruction of the product due to mishandling during transport .

The product is D.O.A. (Dead On Arrival)

In all circumstances, all products to be returned have to be in excellent condition, in the same way they were received by the customer and in their original packaging. If goods are not returned within 14 days from the date of purchase, then S.T. DigiWay Trading will not in any way be held liable to accept the returned product for replacement.

Further, any product to be returned, must be accompanied with either a purchasing invoice or receipt. It is advised that you first contact S.T. DigiWay Trading before you proceed with any returns.
