3. Q: How can you ship my order?
    A: Our primary shipping method is "ACS Courier" for Cyprus
         and EMS DataPost for all international orders.

4. Q: How soon can you ship my order?
    A: Depending on the stock status.
         i) in stock, it will be forwarded within the next business day.
        ii) out of stock, allow us from 2 to 5 business days.
            In any case, we will contact you.

5. Q: How much does delivery cost?
    A: FREE DELIVERY for orders over €150*.
         For orders less than €150 flat delivery charge for ONLY €6*(inc. VAT).
         * The above shipping policy refers shipping in Cyprus.

6. Q: What do I need to do if I have received a damaged product?
    A: You have to contact us immediately in order to arrange a replacement.
         In this case all shipping costs are our responsibility.

7. Q: What do I need to do if a product is not what I have ordered?
    A: You have to contact us immediately and we will arrange collection and
         delivery of the right product in our own shipping charges.

8. Q: What will happen in case I want to change my order?
    A: Depending on your order status.
         i) If your order has not been delivered yet, you need to contact us and
            let us know what item you don't need or what to replace in your order.
            In this case we will re-calculate your shipping cost, if any.
         ii) If your order has been already delivered, we can only accept products
            that are unopened in their original packaging. In this case return
            shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

9. Q: What is the warranty policy for your products?
    A: All products presented on have information relating to the
         manufacture's written warranties. If however, the manufacture's written
         warranty is not available on a product's description, please contact us.

10. Q: Are there any other hidden charges on the listed prices?
      A: NO! All listed prices are final induding 19% VAT.

11. Q: I need a kind of product that you don't sell!

12. Q: I suspect that a listed price is wrong or you gave the wrong specs!
